How do I apply a discount code?

You can enter your discount code at checkout before completing your payment.

 

When will my order be shipped?

All orders are processed within 2 business days. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

When do I quality for free shipping?

Free Standard shipping is available when your order total is $150 or more after discounts are applied. If a discount brings your total below $150, the free shipping option won't appear at checkout

 

How long does delivery take

You can select your preferred option at the checkout! For Australian orders:

• Standard Shipping: 2–6 business days
• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn items with original tags attached. For full details, please view our Returns Policy.

My order hasn't arrived, what do I do?

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional courier delays can occur. Please allow up to 10 business days for your parcel to arrive. You can track your order using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
