Validity Period

All Mayier digital gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the card.

How to Use Your Gift Card

Gift cards can be used to purchase any product available on our online store at www.mayier.com.au. Please note that gift cards cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards.

Redeeming Your Gift Card

At checkout, simply enter your unique gift card code in the "Gift Card or Discount Code" box. The card's balance will automatically apply to your order total.

Partial Use & Remaining Balance

If your order total is less than the gift card balance, the remaining balance will stay on the card for future purchases until the expiry date. If your order exceeds the balance, you can pay the remaining amount using another accepted payment method.

Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable

Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, returned, or refunded. Unfortunately, lost, stolen, or damaged cards cannot be replaced.

Promotions & Discounts

Gift card purchase are excluded from promotional discounts or offers.

Expiry Reminder

We honor the 3-year expiry period from the date of issue, in line with Australian Consumer Law. Once expired, any remaining balance will be forfeited.
